The bug is present also when using gtk2-engines-qtcurve.
The workaround described in the bugreport works only for the current
session. When logging out and logging in again the bug shows up again.
An effective workaround/solution consists in deleting the
[Colors:Tooltip] section from: ~/.kde/sha

i'm using Kubuntu 11.04 and i've had this problem twice. It first happened last
week. I resolved by creating a new profile and syncing the bookmarks again.
Then it happened last night/this morning after the last dist-upgrade.
