Attaching the screenshot as ubuntuforums.org doesn't allow looking at
attachments without login.

The language-pack-te package depends on language-pack-te-base (>=
1:12.04+20120508), which is not available.
It looks like an update to language-pack-te is added to precise-updates,
but corresponding update for language-pack-te-base is missing.
