A workaround seems to be to install libhocr0, then run hocr-gtk with
LD_PRELOAD pointing to the libhocr.so.0.0.0 file.

Installer crashed after downloading many updates. During install it
claimed network is not available but I clicked 'auto eth0' and network
started OK.
