For the installation of 8.10 i did an upgrade from 8.04 through an alternate cd
for 8.10.
Well this is what happened .
I added a Workspace switcher applet to the panel and when i tried the
preferences i

of the time it waste my time saying installer crashed, (According to me TEXT
mode installation was better,atleast for the next release use textmode
