I dont know it's a kernel issue only but testing in another distro with
4.4.13 it'ok.

During 14.04 AMD64 Desktop fresh install from DVD
i choose :
1) Greek
2) Install
3) in the wifi key entry i cant connect and checking 'show password' i see
greek chars although far top rigth i see an 'en' indaction which cant be
changed with ALT+SHIFT .

in the boot sequence in the bios setup (american megatrends)
after booting from my usb stick with the 12.04 (usb-creator
used in 12.04 in other PC), i see an ubuntu screen with two icons
in the low part of the scree
I had the same problem with trying to install drivers for canon pixma 3600.
I can force dpkg to install the packages, but then i cant make any package
installation!!!
