Got same problem with 14.04 LTS.
Given bug demo application works fine in 64 bit mode. But add -m32 to g++ gives
same effect.

I have a problem with an "E-MU Tracker Pre" USB audio card and Kubuntu.
When I start the audio card for the first time since boot everything
works fine, but after turning it off and on again, regardless of the
delay between restarting it

I got same problem yesterday. Additionaly compiz gets 100% CPU and desktop
freezes. Logging in to gnome removes freeze but log records still coming:

Similar error. Ubuntu 10.10 upgraded from 10.04.
