same for me. Performance is very bad.
Sometimes it's quite ok for a few seconds, but most time I get about 0 -
100kb/s with a 25 MBit Internet connection. Maverick was much better.

well... you're right - but the problem is, that this is not directly gm-
notify's fault.
The problem lies in the line with
subprocess.call() which seems to have problems with PyGTK
I'm investigating this and trying to find alternatives ;)

With all updates installed I can also confirm this bug.
The titlebar gets truncated after switching between a maximized and a non
maximized Window 2 to 3 times. The way compiz truncates the title bar is always
exactly the same, and when you drive with the mouse over it everything is
alright.
