I am using 12.04 and I have tried both 304 drivers and the newest 310
driver and I still have this issue. I run a dual monitor (cloned) setup
and when I press the super key, the dash appears, but the launcher still
does not. The only driver that works for me is 295.40.

I don't understand why it needs design discussion? It is just a bug
that causes the mouse to be able to leave the viewable area at the top
or bottom depending on screen setup.
