I confirm on Radeon 3200 with fglrx and compiz on Jaunty. Switching user after longer time of computer inactivity sometimes (30% reproducibility?) renders screen black. There is a slight difference because I can see the mouse cursor and I can switch to text console and kill -9 compiz.real proces
