[Bug 121140] "Help" is inoperative. I can't find how to set up multiple mail accounts like [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]@flex.com

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution Help is blank in E volution. Please, how do I set up accounts like [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] Obviously these are SMTP accounts. Someone refered to a "Wizard." Where can I fnd it? Thanks in advance and Aloha..
