the problem is that I am trying to do the cross-compilation libavg for the arm
architecture.
the steps are followed:
Download libavg 1.7 source code
wget http://www.libavg.de/raw-
attachment/wiki/DownLoad/libavg-1.7.0.tar.gz
Extract it
tar xzvf libavg-1.7.0.tar.gz
cd libavg-1.7.0
