No problem for the delay.
Nice idea, may be I will download the source code for ooffice calc and
see what I can do. I have some experience with java, and I have a plugin
in my IDE for OOffice so I will see what I can come up with ;)

Assume A, B, C, and are the columns.
If I sort by Col A, in oocalc

Hi there!
I create a table in ooffice writer (table with two column) and i wrote
some text on it. I saved it as Window Xp. When I tried to "Select All",
the selection is only on the table side and not the whole document.

Hi there!
Attached is a sample calc.
I was trying to sort like in excel in any column but only the selected
column get sorted and not the other one too. This become a compromise
when you have related data and only one column is sorte
