As noted in Bug #2116834 there is an apparmor profile issue that needs
to be resolved, however the fusermount3 running the cpus occurs even

git-ubuntu is setting `debian/sid` as `2.03.31-1`, probably because it
sees the latest publication as that version. git-ubuntu seems unable to
deal with multiple package versions in any given $SUITE.
apt and dpkg can definitely handle the idea of multiple versions
available, and there are ways in

As Questing is targeting 6.17, these patches should be present by that
point. Even more so, attempting to backport them in advance increases
the likliehood that the patches will ultimately not match upstream. We
should leave these patches only for Plucky and previous.

This is a fairly old bug report and the code has changed a lot since it
was reported. There's a very good chance the issue you're experiencing
is caused by something else, even if the outward symptoms look and feel
the same.
