ID 13d3:3623) exhibit two distinct Bluetooth-related issues:
1. Bluetooth headphones can be discovered via GNOME Bluetooth settings, but

I think vurentjie has figured it out!
I've been doing more methodical testing, including uninstalling all
custom Gnome extensions and disabling the Ubuntu ones, and still the
issue would appear intermittently.
So I logged in without touching my mouse, and it logged in fine. Then I
tried again: th
Unsure from reading comments if issue was fixed or not but will close as
'Invalid' as radiotray no longer features in currently supported
releases of Ubuntu.
