Revert back frame pointers for s390x (remove -fno-omit-framep
I just wanted to give an update on this, after upgrading to Linux
6.8.0-38-generic, and the corresponding Nvidia packages, No I even get
an blank screen when "logging into" Xorg.
Logging in, using Wayland for now solves the problem.

@Orion, /etc/ipa isn't a standard location. I think you'd be better off
either adding a local override in
/etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.rsyslogd or maybe put the CA file
somewhere under /etc/rsyslog.d/. The later path is already something the
rsyslogd profile allows reading.
