The log in comment #5 says that gnome-shell has crashed in the past. In
a Xorg session you might not notice when that happens but app windows
might then go under the dock when the dock and shell restarts.
Please:
1. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.cra
I think we will need a more specific example. Under what conditions does
the window go under the dock/panel? What are the steps to reproduce it?
Please also try disabling any gnome-shell extensions you may have added
and also run:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell
rm -rf extensions

When I test the fob with a pin it is rejected.

lock the session another user can't login. I reset the 2nd user's
account to verify that if I login and lock my session they can't login.

server in your environment? On Focal, the postgresql server is in
package postgresql-12 and apt-rdepends doesn't show this dependency:
