My touchpad has suddenly stopped working on 'Lenovo Thinkbook IML 15'. Its not
a hardware issue because touchpad is working on my Windows OS. I didn't install
any update when this issue appeared.
Touchpad device is also not showing up in `xinput --list` and
`/proc/bus/input

I'm hitting the same issue. Here's a log from the command:

Booting back into the 5.8 kernel allows my dock display to work again.

I have disabled PSR by adding the kernel parameter to /etc/default/grub
and running sudo update-grub before rebooting. It has been a few hours,
and the screen flickering has not recurred as of yet. I'll keep you
updated if that changes.

Please advise the name of the packages I need to purge. I've tried a lot
of different things but haven't found the right name.
Also I have booted 5.11.0-25 and the system locked up when I lifted the
lid to resume, I hard to do a hard boot as even Alt/Sysreq REISUB won't
work. I guess I'll try Mr.

Experienced the same issue on a Thinkpad X1 Gen7, it stops at a blank
screen. While experimenting even disabling SecureBoot was not a reliable
workaround. With "mokutil --set-verbosity true", the stack ends at the

It sounds like the warning for the Libre+Franklin import is ignored by the

But in any case, it is mentioned at
