It has been 1-ish months since this problem appeared.
The app/system interface randomly starts flickering. This problem doesn't occur
on the entire system, sometime it occurs in some apps, other times in the
system, and other times all of these.
It occurs since installation.
This was a problem for me with kubuntu 21.04 as well on a MacBookPro
11,2. The workaround did the trick. Exact workaround command follows:
/boot/efi/EFI# cp -b ubuntu/grubx64.efi ubuntu/shimx64.efi
/boot/efi/EFI# cp -b ubunt/grubx64.efi BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI
This works immediately.

In each case that uses mdadm, all links for mdadm in /etc/rcX.d/*mdadm* are
broken links.
Every upgraded server using mdadm matches the issue exactly, but choosing one
server:
