But merging we tried to follow upstream more, so we dropped

but keeping the nicer Debian style

But while not perfect that would still work.
But the other part was about DEVTYPE which upstream has adopted.
So we exchanged Debians

The main problem comes from the dataprotector (omniback) connection where
xinetd writes German timestamps in the log file.
I have written a small xinetd test service which just runs the locale command
on a specific port to check the output.
We have >200 linux systems which are backed up with data

More to the point, implementing this would give snaps the ability to add
fine-grained network permissions for plugs, and this would suddenly make
snaps a very attractive alternative to Docker images for server apps. I

I just attempted the upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 and have this issue as
well.

Since the update, I have no touch nor stylus input, nor are the hardware
