the package in 17.10 is at the latest that is in Debian.
Updating to a newer version would break the Feature Freeze and need an
exception.
Both Distros have the issue but the error is also non Fatal and it just seems
to me that no one had too much issues with it as it is community maintained.
Since this was to get around the entangled SRUs I correct the state back to
invalid.

Having Bluetooth scan enabled it will detect devices correctly for

All the upstream kernel (mainline) we have tested (4.9, 4.8, 4.4.40, 4.4.35 and
4.4.44) are fine.
The two Ubuntu kernels 4.4.0-59 (based on upstream 4.4.35) and 4.4.0-64 (based
on upstream 4.4.44) the bug can be reproduced.
Finally we test kernel 4.4.0-20 the bug can

more. Generally if there's a chance that some update has fixed a bug
then the best approach is to set it to incomplete and see if the problem
reoccurs in the following 60 days. That way it closes itself rather than
