Due to a bug in apport's method for creating a duplic
I am also having this issue. I disabled all add-ons, refreshed Firefox
(version 54.0, 32 bit), cleared the Netflix cookie, cleared my cached
content and offline web content/user data, restarted Firefox, and am
still getting the same error.

Dell asked me to apply the following firmware upgrade, which fixed some
problems on Windows:

When installing the Install steam app, the installer got stuck at around
