I installed sougou pinyin and disables 'Fcitx Qt IMPanel' autostart. It
works well and no ram leak is observed. Only 96mB of ram is used. So
googlepinyin might be the main cause of the problem.

Confirmed here Thinkpad S1 Yoga that disabling the Sensors in BIOS fixes
this problem. It would seem that USB HID signals fromt he gyroscope
