bandwidth here. Why don't you back out the patch already until a proper

Why not take the path of least resistance here? Just make the system-
config-samba have an dependency on the installation of the libuser
package and the problem goes away, no? It certainly worked for me
tonight with a fresh installation of 16.10.

Extraordinarily, my phone ran out of battery. I held the power button to
try to turn it on, before I realised it had run out of battery, and the
screen's edges briefly flashed.

When I click on on the "close" button and it takes some time until the logout
window appears. Does not take 1.5 min tough (ca 30s) until the window appears,
meanwhile the system is kind of locked. Seems like the window is somewhere
invisible in the background. Then after ca 30 sec

In CUPS everything is OK and as intended. The bug seems to be in
systemd.
And there is also another bug in systemd: The *.path file as it comes
