The above command suddenly had results which looked familiar, in a good way.
Before this, I had unsuccessfully tried a few of the sample lxc.
Perhaps I updated something which fixed the proble
QtBearer just runs on top of the system networking, so if the platform
specifies it doesn't allow start/stop of interfaces, like the generic
bearer plugin, it is allowed to return an error of 'not allowed' or
somesuch.
It's the current network-manager bearer plugin that does not take into
account
So yeah, it is true that it is installed on all of the above. And
through further investigation it is a matter of our ISO is already
oversized due to the sheer size of KDE. I can't promise that we can get
this one there as gcc does not come alone and needs more dependencies.

Well, quality is good now but Shift-PrtScr (copy selection) doesn't work
as expected anymore. The screenshot I am getting is not what I am
selecting. And Alt-PrtScr causes a crash instantly.
Anyway, it is better than it was even with these problems. I can always
crop what I need from a full screen

I cannot reproduce with Plasma 5.4.3 KF5 5.15.0 it finds my Galaxy Edge Note
and connects just fine. Phone model? Have you tried backports PPA?
