Jamie, I was able to get this working recently on my N4 using the dev
channel. I patched nuntium (trunk, see attachment) to be able to
receive picture messages then I had to change some of my APN settings
with /usr/share/ofono/scripts to be able to send. I don't use group
messages, but when I sen

- I can reproduce on v3.19 kernels by first using 'modprobe br_netfilter'.

When printing multiple pages per sheet, it seems that number-up option
is processed before the page range option.
For example, the command below will print 4 pages of the document using
two sheets of paper, instead of one sheet with two pages.
lp -o page-ranges=1-2 -o number
I've reproduced the issue with the dnsmasq profile from apparmor-
profiles 2.8.95~2430-0ubuntu5.1 in trusty-updates, and can confirm that
the version of the dnsmasq profile in apparmor-profiles
2.8.95~2430-0ubuntu5.2 in trusty-proposed fixes the issue. Marking
verification-done.

Incidentally, you should probably find and fix all those broken symlinks
first to save yourself from having to keep stopping and starting the
make command everytime it chokes on one of them. Run something like:
find . -type l -! -exec test -e {} \; -print
...and then go fix them.
