Confirming that I got the same mount loop issue than Mitchell with the
line #15, (thousands of mounts). The worst is that as the sessions are
not cleaned up on a forced shutdown, the next login after reboot will
restart the schroots, and so the mount hell.

The nm-applet is displayed (enter the sim pin) sometimes on the login
screen(enter password screen for login). In this case you can't activate

FYI, a suboptimal but effective workaround in the mean time is to
install and enable the "pidgin-libnotify" plugin. After doing so, you
can close the buddy window and the chat window(s) stay open; the
downside is that it's still not in the systray, and if you need to get
back to the buddy window,
with vnstat 1.12 (as in 14.10 and later) vnstat changes the user id during
startup to whatever is defined as DaemonGroup and DaemonUser in
/etc/vnstat.conf.Hence, the proper way would be to
(0) upgrade to vnstat 1.12 (if not already done)
(1) change in /etc/vnstat.conf DaemonUser and DaemonG

Same here. Just did a fresh install of Kubuntu 15.04 and installed
pidgin. It launches and runs fine, but doesn't not dock to systray no
matter what settings are set in Tools->Preferences->Interface.

For me this problem is caused by both Unity Tweak Tool and Gnome Tweak
Tool toggling Large Text on when you change the scaling. If I go to
