Version 32.0.3 also fails to work. There is a VERY LONG pause after the
first window is put up, that makes one believe that perhaps it has
forgotten all about the other windows and tabs, but eventually they
start loading, and then it all disappears and the FF crash window comes
up, as usual...

@Brian Murray, I didn't try using dd in Utopic because using 'usb-
creator' in Utopic to create a Utopic live USB has never failed since I
began testing on or around 20140922.
The only failures I've been able to reproduce can be summed up as,

First, as the purpose of this SRU request is ppc64el support, my
understanding is that this needs to be an update to 2.3+0.12.gcb5b746-1,
which is the first version in Debian that builds on ppc64el.
Second, we don't pull new upstream packages in as SRUs except in very
specific circumstance
