The patch of #54 allows to boot in EFI mode without any special grub option
and it just works.
If you boot in legac bios mode, you still need the "nosmp" option to boot.
I'm not quite sure about the simplest way to install (k)ubuntu direclty in EFI
mode.

Yeah, this problem is ancient, and has been discussed a lot of times. We
simply don't have any apt packaging lists after an offline install, so
it's impossible to determine origins, source package names, etc. We just
can't make apport work properly without having run "apt-get update" at
least once,

Thanks for reporting this. When songs are removed, most informations are
kept for a number of sessions, and restored if you re-add the songs. But
the songs are indeed removed definitely from saved lists. It hadn't
occurred to me, probably because I rarely use lists. I will think about
