Wubi from Raring daily iso (Version 13.04-rev275) fails to detect either
CDROM and ISO image on the same directory as Wubi. I have tried to
install it several times and it always downloads the raring*.xz file
from the web.

Launched PlayOnLinux from Ubuntu Software Center.
EULA appeared to install this module, after which an error-dialog was displayed.
As with #27, was directed to this page but I see no fix that doesn't
require knowledge of Terminal. Will try workaround in #17.

1. Run ccsm (from package compizconfig-settings-manager)
2. In OpenGL > Sync To VBlank = OFF
worked for me in Ubuntu 12.04
