I am having the same problem. I am forced to disconnect my HDMI cable each time I reboot to correct the above mentioned issue. Another issue that may be related is the fact that my TV is not properly recognized in the display settings, it is a 55 inch Samsung and is recognized as a 7 inch Samsung.
