Sadly this is a limitation of the nvidia binary driver. It does not
provide the XRandR 1.2 interface that gnome-color-manager uses to do the
display colour management.
The calibrate button is only enabled when you have some colour-
calibration hardware plugged in - you can't calibrate your screen
bunch of hours without issues (can post results if needed), and i'm posting the
patch from 'Mozilla/5.0 (X11; OpenBSD macppc; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120206
Firefox/13.0a1'.
It adds #if ENABLE_ASSEMBLER around execAlloc_ uses, which seems enough for it
to run.

I downloaded the deb package taskcoach_1.3.7-1.deb from sourceforge (see
also taskcoach.org). Tried to install it with Ubuntu Software-Center by
double clicking the deb-file in nautilus. Ubuntu Software-Center starts
but doesn't display anything but the load icon (see attached
currently 14:00 bangkok time, the date displaying is correct. perhaps
it's something with timezone.

I set my button layout to "close,spacer,minimize,maximize:menu" and this
causes some undesirable behavior with the Ambiance theme (see attached
screenshot).
As you can see, the spacer has no trough. It should be drawn with
trough_middle.png in this case.
