Well, now the test doesn't fail at all... well it does. I've modified
the script to behave better, Instead of a nasty traceback, all you get
is an overall fail of the test and output that tells you which partition
failed. I tried in on my own systems with 2 usb keys:

events.

remount), I can use "safely remove" a second time and it spins down and
stays off.

Hello. The biggest part of the consumed memory is used by the apt cache. So
take a look at the memory usage of other package managers before making ans
blind assumptions. If you want to rewrite aptdaemon feel free to contact me.

Sorry to bump around this bug but I'm going to reassign this to the X
server. LightDM and Unity Greeter don't change the default X settings
so this is probably a case of misconfiguration or X setting a bad
