No, apt did not remove anything nor did suggest it.
I did the upgrade with synaptic, so nothing wrong about that (no errors).
There was only the notification to upgrade xorg-server to the version 1.10.2
first, which is a new dependency.
But as I mentioned, I downgraded the mesa back to 7.
Just tested, the error still exists in Natty.

That's very easy to create. Just insert "mangled names = no" into "===Share
Definitions==" section of /etc/samba/smb.conf, create some directory and mark

Decoration" in CompizConfig ?
