This worked for me, comment out "module-suspend-on-idle" from the
system.pa and default.pa files then shutdown gdm and kill all running
pulseaudio daemons. Re-start GDM and now it seems to work without audio
lag.
I noticed that the amount of time required after a call for the lag to
occur is coinc

HI, I have installed new printer HP LaserJet P1008 via Samba, the host
of printer installed is an windows xp machine. I can setup the printer
successful, and the test page printed OK. But when I print on evince,
eog, gimp, the page printed was blur
OK seems that I can give you more informations on this bug.
If I disable compiz's effects using "Apperance" from Menu, I can make
some test without having freeze using VGA:
NOTE: all the tests are not done in display cloning mode.

Yeah, I had the same issue with the ntfsresize that is currently in
elive (debian lenny) ntfsprogs-2.0.0-1 -- I was not sure of the original
disk geometry, and /fixboot was not helping, so my solution was to
resize the partition again, and put it at the start of the disk.
It worked! I would specu
opening a task on cryptsetup for the issue of putting plymouth in the
initramfs unnecessarily.

indicate that each one is a "label" (perhaps even being more specific

I've just started to encounter the issue with my Dell M1530. `lshal`
reports four different kill switch states with the Dell ones being
possibly in conflict with the other two statues. A quick work around for
me was to `rmmod dell_laptop` module after which the kill switch starts
functioning as nor
I now see a lot of people having the same problem with their system
clock with Karmic...and I now find that when I re-boot, the proper time
appears. But then the clock gradually loses time ...
When do we have a fix for this???

Failed to hibernate when the battery was accidentally drained.

Murz, the recommended way is to try a Lucid live-cd or similar. AFAIK
you can't easily rollback to Karmic if you have upgraded to Lucid.

That's not this issue. This bug is for a system that had wl installed
and lost it on upgrade from Karmic to Lucid.
