I am unable to confirm or deny that this issues still exists.
I have installed lucid Alpha 2 and on attempting to boot the machine,

I believe this is a papercut because the toolbar could be removed after
retraction, and added back before it slides into view.
I haven't looked at the source yet to see how easy it might be. I can

I'm almost considering the radical solution of not reporting underruns
to the upper layer (i e ALSA) at all. Underruns in the pulseaudio front
differs from underruns on a real soundcard, both because of the obsolete
issue (and so far there's no known way to find out if it really is
obsolete or not)

Import from pidgin works fine for me to test that I just imported 4
accounts from pidgin without a problem(empathy 2.29.5)
