I am not sure what steps I should use next. Is this a issue with the

-beta-desktop-i386.iso,
Did a fresh install of that and all the updates and then decided to get the
nvidia working
(I dual-boot with XP and once nvidia is installed the screen position remains

Confirmed in intrepid beta 1 using a Logitech MX310
I worked around it by commenting out the SUBSYSTEM != "usb_device" line
at the top of /etc/udev/lomoco.rules
A few other points:
- According to /etc/udev/rules.d/README, files in this directory should not be
symlinks.

Still the same problems here:
* Focussed checkboxes and radio buttons don't show correctly
* List selection doesn't show
shepherdguy's workaround (2008-08-08) does work but reduces the visual
experience a lot.

Sure, upstream is right, I'm using the Human theme, but I've not been
able to reproduce this bug using Clearlooks, Glossy or Human-Clearlooks.

I've linked a bzr branch to this bug. I've tested the attached changes
in a custom built live CD with the network manager updated package
included. I've verified that (wired) network is now available in only-
ubiquity.
