I have this issue with Ubuntu Feisty + amd64 (on Core2 Duo) + Beryl.
Other screensavers do not seem to have the issue. Braid locks the

When uninstalling a package that will orphan dependencies, Synaptic
doesn't warn the user that installed packages will be left behin
I've run into this too. The easiest way to reproduce this is to select
all installed packages and pick "mark for removal". An endless stream
of meaningless warning message boxes will pop up one after another.
(It's probably better to only select a few, otherwise you'll probably
end up x-kill-ing

1) Get the new xserver-xorg-video-i810-modesetting driver
2) remove the old xorg.conf (`sudo mv /etc/X11/xorg.conf
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.bak`)
3) Restart X with the cable already plugged in (logout and back in or
Ctrl+Alt+Backspace)
4) Image appears on both

The help button in

Is still broken in Feisty.
The other button I do not know because I can not find "Keyboard
Indicator Plugins". I am not sure about the network-manager as well
