Jair, para instalar boa parte destes codecs, vc deve adicionar os repositórios multiverse e universe. Aconcelho fortemente se vc é usuário iniciante e comum ( ou seja não pretende se aprofundar nos conhecimentos linux e sim usar o SO ), que utilize a interface gráfica ( Synaptic ). Se você folhear
