I agree with Jan that we should focus on 'type of location' instead of
'geographical location'. Even if we find an ideal location; one that is in
the middle of this country and is accessible by both car and public
transport

However, if you'd like to advertise locally in your own language, and/or
conduct the meeting itself in your own language, feel free to do so.
In short, whether you advertise locally if the meeting is to be in Ghent,
