Regarding Belgian specific packages, I first step could be to write
and index documentation about these packages. Helas, the Belgium
categories on the various documentation site (Ubuntu's wiki,
Ubuntu-fr's wiki, Ubuntu-nl's wiki, etc.) are still (nearly) empty.
