I have just read the article at Ubuntu-BD website about Bangla support
in Ubuntu
(http://www.ubuntu-bd.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=48&Itemid=32).
I followed the instructions and can correctly setup and write Bangla
in text editor in Gnome. The problem is I mostly use the

I think the most of the files in the /tmp will be automatically
cleared next time you boot Ubuntu. You don't need to directly delete
/var/cache/apt/archives. There are few useful commands which are safe.
