example sudo apt-get install pidgin or sudo apt-get install opera

I am having some problems while trying to compiling a KDE twitter client
called choqoK.after downloading that file I downloaded build-essential and
kdelibs5-dev and installed both of them.But the problem is nw it's showing the
following message in the terminal

In the above command,
apt-get is the main command. Install is like subcommand. Vlc is the
parameter. Current user has no permission to execute that command. So

যখন চালু করি তখন ফায়ারফক্সের বুকমার্ক লিস্টে আমার সেভ করা লিংকগুলো
পাওয়া যায় না। কিন্তু এক্সপিতে এমন সমস্যায় কখনও পড়িনি।
ঠিক কি কারণে এমন হচ্ছে কেউ জানাবেন কি?
