I am afraid, there's nothing such as Autohotkey. But there is a better
alternative. This is called GnomeDo.

I use a terminal emulator called Yakuake, and it's themeable. The
skins can be downloaded from http://www.kde-look.org (use yakuake as
search term). Try using it if you've haven't, I find it awesome.
