faster than before (at least, on my computer)

using it right now ... lots of interesting additions. There are some beta
glitch but very stable
1. Boot splashes are nicer and faster, shutdown screen is changed
2. sound preference is nicer, setting up surround sound is easier and works
without much hassle
3. Grub is now version 2
4. UI is updat
Grub setting has been changed.
now grub option is in /etc/default/grub

Did you check Ubuntu karmic koala? If the answer is affirmative then let's
discuss the change there. Heard from RJ that there is a Ubuntu software
center, Improved GUI and newer version of soft. Anything more? And is there
massive amount of update showing up everyday?
