If it works in test mode then it SHOULD work in an actual video call. When
you call someone, in the calling window there are some buttons bellow. One
of them has an option to "SEND MY CAMERA" or something like that. Did you
check that one?
NOTE: Webcam doesnot work in Skype while you are conferenc
