Ok, so... What Tanjir bro wrote made sense to me. I was being stupid to
execute the bash file without changing my current directory to the directory
where the "deb" directory existed. So each time I executed it, it tried to
find the "deb" directory in my home directory, I suppose.

installed all those files which installed the first time. Then I deleted
those. There remained those who didn't install in the first time. Some of

supposed to be packed up with dependencies. I saw someone reporting that
package installed and was running successfully on Kubuntu 9.04.
