It's a little dated.. but should work.
On newer/faster machines, I would recommend Virtu

I use DosBox for running DOS programs.
Have you had a look in Synaptic under "Amateur Radio"?

I want to run a DOS/Windows based program under Ubuntu on an old laptop. It's
called "Track", a packet Radio program which outputs to a TNC via the serial
