I've just noticed when filing a bug in the human-icon-theme package that
it has no bug contact set. This should mean that nobody gets alerted
about bugs filed in the package, unless they're subscribed to its bug
feed. Also, the artwork team is not set as a bug contact for
ubuntu-artwork; only Mark
