If we use
scrollbar_color = "#anynum"
in the engine section of a gtkrc then you get glassy (scrollbars)
I have no colour set, but I use the same colour as the buttons. If we
are going for glassy then this could be an option

I did some glassy Ubuntu logos, the colours in the orange one are
identical to the Human folder icon.
I added a colourless logo so we can see what it looks like with no
colour - just in case we move browner :)
