In unity-control-center under Universal Access's tab Typing you have
check boxes for a beep when a key is pressed, accepted, or rejected. Is
there something else to turn on besides Slow Keys and checking them to
get them to work?

to choose the right font size. So I just want to get the bit map image
of a rendered PDF file, use an image editor on it, and then print it.

This was done by change the Extensions section in your xorg.conf, but
xorg.conf is no longer used in 9.10 and my attempts to create one have
failed. Can anyone tell me how to enable XEvIE in Ubunu 9.10?

I have limited hand coordination, I do use the mouse but ... , Nautilus,
as it comes with 14.04, seem to require you to use the mouse to find the
keyboard shortcuts. Is there anyway of turning on a menu bar to make
keyboard navigation more obvious?
